Important Information Regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)
Have you been in contact with anyone who has corona virus in the last 14 days?
Do you have any symptoms yourself?
If the answer to either of these questions is yes, we need to wait until you have been isolated for 14 days.
Our Coronavirus procedures:
After letting the engineer/ delivery staff in, customers will be required to stay in a separate room to the engineer & delivery staff for the duration of the repair/ installation.
The engineer/ delivery staff will wear a mask, will wash their hands with alcohol gel before and after the job.
(On repairs) Once the fault has been found, the engineer will talk to the customer from the doorway of the room they’re in or outdoors if preferred.
Any payments will be taken while the engineer is at the property, a telephone card payment will be processed via a call to the office.
We are currently not accepting Cash payments .
All orders of new appliances must be paid for before the date of delivery (again via a telephone card payment).
