We repair nearly all manufactures of Floorcare, Washing Machines, Washer Dryers, Tumble Dryers, Electric Cookers, Electric Ovens, and Electric Hobs.

We hold numerous spares and accessories in store, but please note that some parts are specific to the make and the model of the appliance and need to be specially ordered. Please supply product model number (ENR / PNC) when either visiting store, emailing or phoning for spares or accessories.

Vacuum services are £35+VAT this includes the assessment of any faults and a full clean up, parts required are charged separately. This service is payable upfront, should parts not be available or is it beyond economical repair, then we offer £17.50+VAT back in store credit towards a new machine.

Domestic Appliances Sudbury LTD was founded with one aim; to offer our customers honest and value-for-money service our charges are £75+ VAT (£90 inclusive of VAT) this will include diagnostic and repair and this price is irrespective of the time spent or the number of visits needed to complete the repair. We will strive to complete the repair on our first visit if possible and financially viable. However, if more visits are needed, the customer won’t pay any extra for labour. If beyond Economical Repair – the bill payer will receive a service callout credit of £42 inclusive of VAT, should they wish to replace the appliance. The credit must be redeemed in store within thirty days of the initial service callout attendance.
If the call out is for more than one appliance, then we will then charge an additional £35+ VAT per additional appliance. Equally if the call out is outside of our fifteen-mile radius (from base of operations CO10 2DL) we will charge an additional £10+ VAT per an additional 5-mile distance.

Our engineers carry a wide range of spares but please note that some parts are specific to the make and the model of the appliance and need to be specially ordered. The cost of spare parts if they are required is not included in our labour or call outprice.

Unfortunately, we do not repair any gas connected items (gas or duel fuel) Unfortunately we also no longer offer repair services to refrigeration.
