    Call Out & Labour Charge
    £75+ VAT
    • We have a one off standard Call out and Labour Charge of £75+ VAT.
    • There will be no additional charge for time taken at the job or return visits.
    • The Call out & Labour fee will be chargeable at the time of the booking. If the Fee isn't paid at the time of booking, the booking will not be processed.
    • Parts will be charged additionally at completion of the job (unless part ordered on request of the customer)
    Credit Note
    £45Inc VAT
    • The first thing we do is conduct a diagnostic check on your faulty appliance. Once we identify the issue, we'll provide you with a repair quote.
    • If the appliance cannot be repaired due to lack of parts. Or if the customer opts to not to go ahead with the repair. The engineer will issue a £45 including Vat credit note to be spent at Domestic Appliances Sudbury LTD within the next 30 days.

    DIY Spares

    We hold numerous spares and accessories in store, but please note that some parts are specific to the make and the model of the appliance and need to be specially ordered. Please supply product model number (ENR / PNC) when either visiting store, emailing or phoning for spares or accessories.

    What We Repair

    We offer repairs on Laundry products such as Washing machines, washer dryers and tumble dryers(excluding heat pump)
    We offer repairs on Electric cooking (except for microwaves).
