Delivery
Domestic Appliances Sudbury Ltd deliver for FREE for purchases above £349.00 (£10 charge on purchases below £349.00) to selected locations within a 15 mile radius of CO10 2DL, Sudbury, Suffolk. Where a customer resides outside of this radius we recommend contacting the store on to discuss the delivery options and charges.
All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Domestic Appliances Sudbury LTD aim to deliver all purchased goods within a window of 1-5 working days. However, please note that special orders and non stock items can sometimes be longer, the customer will be advised of the availability and estimated delivery time prior to confirming any order.
Installations
Our installations are carried out by fully-qualified engineers who have received training to ensure the successful installation of your new purchase. With this service, we offer to disconnect an old appliance for no added fee however, the removal of the old appliance from your home will come with an added cost.
In an attempt to keep the costing down we do not currently offer the service of removing the packaging. For an in-depth look into installation costs, see below.
If we cannot deliver?
Unfortunately, there will be times when we’re unable to deliver or install a product if it’s unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.
In this unlikely event:
- We’ll tell you why.
- We’ll let you know if any remedial work is needed for us to install your product.
- We’ll reschedule the visit if possible.
Non Ground floor delivery?
We do offer delivery to multi level properties, please notify staff at the time of making the booking. There is a small charge of £10 to non ground floor deliveries.
